Executive Coaching and Succession Coaching support organizational change and development throughout the organization. With the use of 360 - degree assessments, analyzing current practices, metrics, and KPIs. With the use of Situational and Transactional Leadership Coaching practices.

A contractual agreement to be discussed.

Industrial Organizational Psychologist

Industrial-Organizational Psychology supports organization onboarding practices, the screening of applicants, testing and assessments, and interviews.

About Me

I have earned my bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology at Ashford University. I am a Ph.D. doctorate student at Capella University studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I also earned a certification in Psychotherapy from the organization MindRight, a certification in  Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees from the University of Minnesota, and certification in Hiring Practices from the University of California. 

I have been awarded the Golden Key International Honours Society certificate for my graduate studies. As well as a certification in Social & Behavioral Researcher during my graduate journey. Also earning my TEFL - TESOL certification.
 

Personal Statement

I meet my clients right where they are at in their journeys and build them up from there. Taking the customized steps; according to their developmental style to build them up to take on their ideal paths. Making each engagement more fulfilling than the last. Willing to make changes along the way; as my client feels fit. Keeping them encouraged and in charge throughout their entire process. Understanding that their journeys are what makes their situations unique and respectable.

 

I am an advocate for my client’s success. For it enriches me to do so. I understand that everyone needs someone but ultimately, we all need each other. Realizing that some days will require more effort than others and working as a team to see that my client reaches their goals; that they set for themselves. Helping them to understand that it must be considered within a realistic time frame. Providing them as many tools and resources to be successful. And, having an open-door policy, allowing them to know that they are more than just my client but an important asset in this society that we all live in today.

Ultimately, I am creating clear paths to be comfortable and confident in their journeys. Having a full understanding that they are capable of this success. And, keeping their vision of their success at the forefront of their purpose.

Confidentiality and Limitations

Everything that is shared in sessions is confidential; unless you provide me written confirmation that you would like to share, what you would like to share, and whom to share your information with. Ultimately, I am only able to contain information within my authority range.

(a) Psychologists may disclose confidential information with the appropriate consent of the organizational client, the individual client/patient, or another legally authorized person on behalf of the client/patient unless prohibited by law. - (American Psychological Association, 2019)

Treatment Preferences

Psychometrics is the method used to measure one's personality traits, attitudes, abilities, and knowledge. One would be measured by means of aptitude tests. Practicing through the means of online aptitude tests; with the utilization of timers. 

 

Client Focus

Service will ideally be for those that are within their higher education journeys and those already within their careers. From ages to 18 - 65. No particular religious orientations, ethnicity, or special populations. These services are provided to those that are able to communicate using the English language; worldwide.
